Pump Design Maintenance that we Repair

Pump Design Maintenance

Full service in place (FSIP) progressive cavity pumps for wear-intensive applications has been re-engineered to provide full access to their rotating parts. FSIP is now available in six sizes for flow rates up to 700 gpm. models include differential pressures from 90 psi (1 stage) up to 180 psi (2 stage) in S,L,D, and P geometries. Users can open the in-service pump housing, dismantle all rotating parts, and install them again without removing the pump from the pipe assembly or disconnecting wiring. The rotor-stator unit can be lifted out after opening the redesigned inspection cover on the pump housing. without the need for any special tool.

One-Step 3D Printing of Catalyst

One-Step 3D Printing of Catalysts - This process is a more efficient way to produce catalysts for complex chemical reactions in a variety of industries. While 3D printing has found applications in many areas, its use as a way to control chemical reactions, or catalysis, is relatively new. Current production of 3D catalysts typically involves various methods of depositing the chemically active agents onto pre-printed structures. A 3D printing process was developed that creates a chemically active catalytic object in a single step. The method combines the structure with the chemistry in only one step using inexpensive commercial 3D printers. The structures are designed in a computer and built aer designed in a computer and built directly by shining a laser through a bath of customized resins that polymerize and harder layer by layer.

Power Amplifier is a Broadband GaN NMIC Power Amplifier

Power Amplifier is a broadband GaN MMIC power amplifier. It has 30 dB gain and 41 dBm output power over the 1.5 to 6.5 GHz band at 28 VDC  is in a ceramic package with a flange and straight RF and DC leads for drop-in assembly. MMIC is also available as a bare die. Because of high DC power dissipation, good heat sinking is required. This MMIC is matched to 50 Ohms.
